Merchant and consumer information
Merchant
Capture legal and trading names, ABN/ACN, registered and business addresses, industry, billing contact, operational contact, authorised representatives, verified payout destination, pricing agreement and effective dates, risk/compliance status, API credentials and webhook endpoints, merchant customer references, bill references, due dates, payment terms and reconciliation preferences.
Support role-based access for merchant administrators, finance users, operations and API integrations. Verify payout destination changes through a stronger approval process.
Consumer
Capture identity/account identifiers, verified email and optionally mobile number, notification preferences, accessible payment-method display details (brand, last four digits, expiry), vault tokens, method status, merchant relationships, consent and revocation evidence, merchant-specific primary/backup ordering and relevant communication history.
Do not store raw PAN, CVV or online-banking credentials. Collect only personal information needed for the product and required compliance.
Billing and financial records
Capture merchant-scoped external bill IDs, currency and integer minor-unit amounts, bill versions, schedules, payment attempts and provider references, authorisation/capture outcomes, settlement evidence, refunds, disputes, ledger postings, payout allocations, merchant fee assessments and invoices.
