Delivery roadmap and open decisions

Status: Indicative phases, not committed dates.

Confirm initial merchant requirements and letters of intent; select candidate regulated partners; validate custody and debt-discharge structure; obtain processing, safeguarding and payout quotes; establish fee and liability model.

Phase 1 — Product foundations

Set up environments, authentication, merchant onboarding, consumer accounts, tenant authorization, audit events, token-vault integration and consent capture. Define API contracts and database schema.

Phase 2 — Collection MVP

Implement bill ingestion, scheduling, consumer notifications, primary method collection, eligible fallback, provider webhooks, operational dashboard and merchant status webhooks. Build deterministic sandbox test cases.

Phase 3 — Funds control

Implement immutable ledger, settlement ingestion, reconciliation, payout eligibility, daily aggregated payouts, refunds/disputes and monthly merchant billing. Rehearse exception and partner-outage scenarios.

Phase 4 — Pilot and readiness

Complete legal, compliance and security launch gates; run a limited merchant pilot; verify reconciliation against actual partner files; monitor conversion, collection outcomes, dispute rates, payout delays and support load.

Explicitly deferred

Stored-value wallet, lending/payment guarantee, broad international rollout, complex multi-partner routing and unnecessary microservices.
